if you dont now how to take a pic,on your keybord theres a button that says prt scr  that means print screen and press it,go to paint and go to edit and press paste,you will have it,if you have a laptop open the thing called keybord on screen then press print screen note:wordpress only accepts jpeg,so when your saving it put the name of pic then at bottom select jpeg
